Phantom 1000
The most efficient mixer for biogas applications where turbulence generation combined with high thrust is required.
The Phantom 1000 is used mainly for mixing the substrate, for eradicating or preventing floating layers, as well as for breaking up sinking layers.

In very many biogas plants only fast running submersible mixers have been installed. A large part of the energy input is thereby expunged, to some extent unnecessarily, by the creation of local turbulences, especially in fermenters and post-digesters.
The Phantom 2500 is a sensible alternative here. Thanks to its 2.5 m diameter propeller this large mixer can produce extraordinarily large thrust despite low energy consumption, thereby creating a global underflow in the fermentation tank which is gentle on bacteria.

PTM propellers are renowned for their combination of near unbreakability and high-level functionality. Using the newest simulation methods, engineers we capable of developing a propeller characterized by the utmost efficiency and effectiveness.
Mixers in biogas plants are subject to special requirements. Long fibers and mineral components like sand and stone often cause damage to conventional propellers within a short operation time. This leads to a short product life and high maintenance costs. Even after years of usage, PTM propellers do not show any signs of wear and tear. It is made out of an extremely resistant material called Physinit®. Physinit® is a material which is far superior to any metallic substance in terms of durability and resistance to wear. Absolutely unbreakable, it sets a new standard in terms of economy and energy efficiency.

THE INTELLIGENT MODULAR SYSTEM
The SensoStream is the next level of monitoring and automatization, achieving optimized plant control.
The modular system allows (depending on the selected components) an exact speed measurement, floating layer detection, level measurement, and viscosity measurement. The SensoStream enables optimization of the entire biogas plant. Potential energy savings are exploited, and the gas yield is maximized. The real-time measurements allow faults to be detected at an early stage to be avoided as best as possible.
